Yes! While our Over the Top Bimini is custom-made to fit Monster Towers, we also offer a universal wakeboard tower bimini that fits virtually any tower, especially cage-style towers.

The Cargo Rack Bimini comes in two sizes, so measuring the distance between your tower legs ensures the best fit. Unlike traditional biminis, it mounts to the inside of the tower frame with no frame adjustments required. While it provides slightly less shade then the Over the Top Bimini, it still keeps passengers cool with canvas sizes of 48” x 65” (small) and 60” x 65” (medium). Its unique bungee system can hold up to two boards or one inflatable, making it a popular choice for riders with gear.

What Is The Difference Between the Over The Top and Cargo Rack Bimini?

Both Monster Tower biminis feature UV-resistant Sunbrella® fabric and anodized aluminum, allowing them to stay open at speeds up to 45 MPH while towing riders.

Over The Top Bimini

• Custom-fit for Monster Towers
• Provides maximum shade (up to 80” wide and 72” long, depending on tower)
• Features a hole cut for the tow point with ample clearance behind it
• Folds into a boot for easy trailering and deck storage

Cargo Rack Bimini

• Universal fit for most wakeboard towers, especially cage-style
• Includes a bungee storage system for two boards, skis, or kneeboards
• Quick-release mechanism allows fast removal
• Must be removed during trailering
• Sits under tower-mounted speakers, which may slightly reduce headroom

Can These Biminis Stay Open While Cruising On The Water and Towing Wakeboarder, Wakesurfer, or Waterskier?

Yes! Monster Tower biminis are made from durable Sunbrella® fabric and anodized aluminum, designed to handle water speeds up to 45 MPH. While some biminis on the market sag or tear at these speeds, ours maintain shape and stability and can be used open while towing a rider.

Note: Although they handle 45 MPH on the water, Monster Tower recommends removing biminis during highway transport to prevent damage from higher winds.

What If I Want To Get Some Sun?

Both biminis are easy to remove or fold for sunbathing:

• Over The Top Bimini folds and stores in a protective boot on top of the Monster Tower
• Cargo Rack Bimini uses a quick-release system for fast removal, though you’ll need a spot to store the canvas

Are These Made Out Of Sunbrella® Fabric?

All Monster Tower biminis use Sunbrella® marine fabric, trusted for over 50 years. Benefits include:

• UV and fade resistance for effective sun protection
• Mildew and mold resistance for marine environments
• Easy cleaning with mild soap, water, or bleach

How Much Headroom Do I Get With These Tower Biminis?

Can I Tow a Rider With My Bimini Open?

Both Monster Tower biminis allow towing while deployed:

• Over The Top Bimini fits over the tow point without interference
