I have an MT1 tower with a krypt tower knee/wake board rack on it. Any idea if this would work for that rack or isn't specifically for monster racks only?

All of our towers tubing is 2.5" in diameter. So as long as you are able to clamp it onto that size tubing, it should work, but we cannot guarantee it will.
