What is the warranty on your towers? What if the tower doesn't fit my boat or I don't like it?

We provide several ways to make sure you will be happy with your new Monster Tower. We provide a 5 Year Warranty on the MT1, MT2 and MTK towers and a 2 Year Warranty on the MTE wakeboard tower to protect against defect in parts or workmanship. Anodizing is specifically excluded as its care and use cannot be controlled by Monster Tower. We will replace any defective parts at no charge to you. We also provide a 30 Day - No Questions Asked "If you Don't Love it, We Want It Back" money back guarantee. As long as your tower is new, and in resellable condition, contact us for a return authorization. However, any modification or improper use, not approved in writing by Monster Tower, shall void this warranty. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.

Click the "Your Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How long will shipping take?

Our products are shipped from Knoxville, TN and take 1 to 5 days to arrive depending on your location on the map. <img src="https://d2v1xobx8qu3lm.cloudfront.net/media/faq/map.png" alt="" /> Note: Monster Tower biminis ship 10-14 days after purchase.

I have an MTK tower with the bimini. The front pole section and front brackets got damaged. Can you supply replacements?

What is the return policy?

Monster tower is backed by a 30 day return policy. Per our return policy customers will be responsible for our return shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to North, Central, and South America. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other related import fees. For orders going to EMEA please contact Marine Accessories BV at +31 252 284 250. For orders going to APAC please contact BLA at 1300 252 725.
