Our shims our approximately an inch width where they meet up to the bracket. Typically they do not work with other brackets.
FAQ What is the height of these inserts? I have a mirror from another vendor (2.5" per their description) and want to make sure your inserts will work. They sent me a an insert that is 3/8" thick (inner rubber) by 15/16" in height. Problem is it does not wrap all the way around the 2" tower leg(only about 3/4 of the way around) and the mirror wont clamp down snuggly. Their customer service is horrible so just trying to get a insert that will work
