This tower is universal to boats with a beam from 70'' to 102''. Your Yamaha shows a beam of 102''. However, a top mount would require 17'' of flat, level mounting space. I do not believe you would have that available. If so, the side mount would be required. Please see mounting instructions on our site. Also, tower purchases come with all necessary mounting hardware for either mount.
