The stunning forward-facing MTK tower is designed to complement and enhance the appearance of your boat. The MTK features beefy 2-1/2" diameter pipe construction and a protective finish. This tower can be top- or side-mounted and you can fold either forward or aft to meet your needs (installation requires a minimum of 17" or unobstructed fiberglass mounting surface).

To ensure a great experience both on and off the water, the MTK folds down in just minutes. No additional tools are needed thanks to included quick release knobs - simply loosen the knobs and the towers folds down with ease. Based on your preferences and your boat’s layout the MTK tower can be set up to fold either forward or aft, a choice that’s determined during the installation process. This innovative folding capability makes the MTK perfect for low garages, dry stack storage, HOA compliance, and more!
Industry-Leading Construction
The MTK is our premium wakeboard tower. It is constructed from industry-leading 2.5-inch diameter 6061 aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance. To create a solid foundation, the base (also known as the Monster Foot) is machined out of billet 6061 aluminum. A heim joint, along with our Monster Paws, ensure the MTK can mount to the contours and angles of your boat’s fiberglass, providing a precise fit. For even more strength and stability, 304 stainless steel fasteners are used throughout the tower.
Easy, DIY Installation
One of the perks of this tower is you can easily install it yourself. Monster Tower provides illustrated instruction manuals as well as helpful tips and videos so you won’t have to take your tower to a dealer. During installation, the way you orient the Monster Foot determines whether the tower will fold forward or aft (see instructions for further details), giving you complete control. The MTK has a modern design since it is forward facing with two mounting locations. These mounting locations are aft, providing the driver of the boat with an unobstructed view. This tower can be mounted on the top or side of your boat’s gunwale to fit a variety of boat styles. All you need is 17 inches of unobstructed fiberglass mounting surface. For proper installation, the back and front base must be on the same plane.
The Ultimate Wakeboarding Experience
The MTK wakeboard tower folds down quickly and easily for storage or low clearances. Thanks to included Quick Release mounts, tools are not required to fold your tower down. The tower is pre-drilled for wiring and each hole has a rubber grommet that gives it a finished look. To simplify installation even more, this wakeboard tower comes with our patented hinged one-piece top section. The MTK comes with a swivel tow point with integrated LED navigation light to provide the ultimate wakeboarding experience. This one-piece construction eliminates that rattling that is commonly experienced with “tube-in-tube” installations of competitive models. This tower is guaranteed to be silent. Regardless of your boat’s style, the MTK wakeboard tower is designed to fit on boats with a beam width of 76 to 102 inches and can be top or side mounted. Any complications on the MTK with top Bimini towing a boarder with the Bimini out?
You can tow with the bimini fully open. The rope will make contact with the bimini but once you are at full towing speed the tow point will be the furthest thing out from the boat. The rope rubbing on the bimini top does not cause any damages.
How much weight can you pull with the tower. Two tubes, 4 people?
We recommend 600 lbs dry weight.
Does the MTK tower fold down?
Yes, all of our towers fold down. On the MTK it is our only tower that you can set up to fold to the front of the boat or the rear of the boat with the hardware that is included.
Will it work with factory Bimini top?
Typically, we recommend that none of our towers would work with factory biminis. We have seen cases where customers have gotten it to work, that being said there is no way to determine if it will work or not until the tower is there with the factory tower. We do off our over the top bimini for each one of our towers as they are made to work with each tower specifically.
will these towers fit on a wakeboat

I have a 2014 Yamaha AR192 with a rear facing tower. Is it possible to swap that tower with this forward facing tower so I can update the look?
My records show that the beam on your boat is 96''. The MTK will fit a beam of this width. For your boat, you would need to mount it using the side mount option. Please see the manual on our website to learn more of the mount and tower. Thank you!
What are the dimensions of the bimini for the MTK tower?
The dimensions of the MTK Tower Over the Top Bimini are 72" x 72", centered on the ski tow.
Is the MTK tower pre-wired for audio?
The MTK is not wired for audio. This would be done after purchase.

I have a 98 Moomba Kanga direct drive. The ski pole is before the engine which is to the left of the drivers seat. With the forward facing tower, is there enough clearance for the ski rope when slalom skiing? Have you done a direct drive boat that you can show me a picture of?
Typically there is enough clearance for ski rope with the MTK tower. However, we would recommend mounting this tower further forward to ensure clearance. Just in case you really like to cut out far on your skis.

We have a Yamaha sx210 can this be folded? For the boat cover.. do I need one for tower? Or can I use a non tower cover.
All of our towers do fold. As far as boat covers go you may or may not be able to use your existing boat cover. It will depend on where the bases are mounted, current room in the cover now, and etc.

Install wasn’t too bad, a little tough to reach the nuts that go under the mounting hardware, but a fairly easy DIY with an set of extra hands. The tower itself is very sturdy and makes the boat look completely different! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to fall in love with your boat again.

This design continues to look modern even a decade plus from when it first came out. The installation took pretty much the whole day; however, I was pretty much on my own with some help here and there from my 13 year old daughter. I installed the tower, the boots, and the Bimini in about 8 hours. It could have probably gone quicker with couple of helpers. The time it took to set it up was all worth. The tower looks great on my brand new Chaparral 23 SSI. If you are in the market for a tower, the MTK is an excellent option and the quality is outstanding.
